Starting with an already fast growing menu, we aim to supply you with various flavours from around the world.  A little bit of this ... a little bit of that ... all rolled into a huge PALATE FUSION EXPLOSION!!

Although you will find familiar cocktails on our menu, you will have to give our unique cocktails a go.  Palate Blue  is a prime example.  A mixture of ... oops, nearly let the secret out!  Sorry,  you'll have to come taste for yourself.
